Privacy Policy

Claude Calendar Assistant is a personal, non-commercial tool operated by the project owner at claude-n-koshi.cc. It lets the owner use Claude to work with the owner's Google Calendar.

Google Calendar data

When the owner authorizes the tool, it may access calendar and event information available to that Google account, including event titles, descriptions, times, locations, attendees, and calendar settings as needed. The tool requests this access only to carry out the owner's instructions, such as finding, creating, updating, or deleting calendar events.

How data is processed

The local Google Calendar connector on the owner's computer communicates with the Google Calendar API. Calendar information may be included in a request to Claude when needed to understand or complete an instruction. The tool does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to build an unrelated profile.

Storage and sharing

This personal tool does not operate a separate hosted calendar database. OAuth credentials are kept in the owner's local environment. Data is sent only to Google and to the Claude service when required to perform an instruction, or to other services expressly selected by the owner. The owner can revoke access from the Google Account security settings and remove the local credentials.

This policy may be updated if the tool's data practices change. Questions can be directed to the support email shown on the tool's Google OAuth consent screen.
